Hi! Welcome to Keuka Valley Builders, LLC! We are Paul and Dawn, a husband and wife team, along with a crew of 5 hardworking guys that are basically family!
Paul has been in the building/construction trade since 2006, where he started building homes for Williamson Quality Home Improvements along Keuka Lake until 2009. From 2009 until 2015, Paul worked for Keuka Valley Construction, mostly constructing pole buildings and specializing in residential framing and house framing. In 2015, the owner of Keuka Valley Construction retired from the building trade, so we decided to buy the assets and became Keuka Valley Builders, LLC.
We are fully insured, have over 15 years of experience in the industry, and we are located near Penn Yan, NY. We have a 35-mile service radius, covering a huge portion of the local area! As pole barn builders, we understand how important your homes and barn building projects are, so we strive to provide an excellent customer service experience at an affordable price!
